Uncommon Creative Studio Farringdon is a bold reimagining of the modern corporate environment, located in one of London's most progressive architectural landmarks. Moving completely away from traditional, sterile office layouts, this workspace embraces a highly collaborative, multi-layered design built with purpose, high-end functionality, and community at its core.

Building on a trusted history of past successful collaborations, main contractor and designer Loop Interiors brought our team on board to handle the premium textured paint finishes for the project. Working hand-in-hand to realise Loop's visionary design language, we provided our high-performance architectural textured paint, beautifully contrasting the studio's rich timber cabinetry and exposed brickwork by blending a smooth primary wash with an organic, black pitted concrete statement wall.

Key Spaces & Design Details

• Bespoke Visual Continuity (300 sq m): Spanning across premium levels of the creative hub, our primary black concrete-effect textured paint covers 300 square meters, serving as a unifying architectural backdrop. The fluid texture connects high-traffic collaboration zones, open meeting areas, and creative suites, bringing a moody, grounded element that anchors the workspace's sophisticated design palette.
  
• Black Pitted Concrete Feature Walls (50 sq m): For a dedicated focal area, the design called for an authentic, bold architectural character. This landmark project proudly marks the origin of our signature pitted concrete effect, specifically custom-developed in a striking black tone for Loop Interiors. We supplied a thick, heavy-bodied variant of our textured paint that allowed the team to build a deep, layered surface. By working the material into this newly debuted finish, we captured the raw, organic craters and variations of poured structural concrete, creating an incredible tactile statement on the feature walls.
  
• Collaboration & Precise Matching: Striking the perfect visual balance required a highly precise approach. Our technical team collaborated directly with Loop Interiors to design and arrange the finish, crafting physical mock-up samples to refine the texture. This tight, creative process ensured that the depth, movement, and exact tactile qualities of the black pitted layout aligned flawlessly with Loop Interiors' visionary design language before full application.
